» 2024 UCA Championships Registration – Excel Workbook

Greetings Directors, Dancers and Friends!

It’s hard to believe that another year has passed and it’s time to gather in Maggie Valley, NC for the year-end Championship!

This year we will be introducing some new swag at the competition!!! I hope you are as excited about this as we are!
The board has been working hard to get ready for this championship and we can’t wait to see you all in a few weeks!
We have a fabulous staff lined up that is ready to kickoff the day and make this October special.

Unity and the Carolina Trail Blazers were the 2023 Highest Scoring Teams – WHO IS GOING TO WIN IT THIS YEAR!?!?!?!
– We will have a special award for the Highest Scoring Team of the Day; this has not been awarded in years past. As it was not one of the original awards slated to give out.

Attached you will find the workbook to register for the event.
– Please complete one form for each TEAM that you are bringing.
– Make sure that you are registering your dancers on the appropriate age division form (look at tabs at the bottom)
– Please complete the entire form – ( Team name, ages, address, etc)
– Please pre-register as many of your solos as possible.
– Team Dances are $16.00/per dancer, per dance
– All Freestyle Solos are $20.00/ per solo
– Duos are $40.00 per duo.

Please return your registration as quickly as possible. We would like to have all forms and money collected by October 1, 2024.

DAY OF Competition Info:
– Spectator Fees will be $15.00
– The only solos that will be registered at the competition are Traditional, Contemporary, Flatfoot and Acapella
– Improv Solos will be collected stage-side prior to going on stage – Improv solos are $15.00 at the Championship.
– There will be NO REGISTRATION FOR ANY TYPE OF DUOS at the Championships – All Duos MUST be pre-registered.
– Concessions will be open for Breakfast and Lunch.

I want to take this opportunity to Thank each and every one of you who have supported UCA over the past 7 years. You Directors and Dancers are the very heartbeat of this organization and without you none of this would be possible.
We are still ironing out details to make the organization the very best that it can be and we welcome any and all feedback that you may have.
